We started Rang Tarang Studios with one belief — that Gujarati cinema, and Indian regional cinema at large, deserves stories as bold, as honest, and as cinematic as anywhere in the world. Not imitations of the mainstream. Originals.

Our mission is not simply to make films. It is to create moments that outlive the screen — that stay in the bones long after the lights come back on and the audience walks out into the ordinary world.

Gujarat is not just where we are based — it is inside every frame we shoot. The riot of colour in a Garba circle, the patience of a Patola weave, the emotional layers of Rasa — these are not cultural references. They are our visual language.

Rang Tarang Studios was born to give this richness a cinematic voice. One that doesn't perform its heritage — it breathes it.

ગરબા GARBA The collective rhythm of a people — community, celebration, and surrender to the moment. It lives in how we pace a scene and find the pulse of a crowd.

પટોળા PATOLA Every thread placed with intention. The craft of our costume, art direction, and visual palette draws from this centuries-old tradition of precision and beauty.

રાસ RAS The nine emotional essences — Shringara, Raudra, Karuna, Vira. Every film we make is built on at least one of these nine timeless truths of human feeling.

વાર્તા VAARTA The Gujarati oral tradition of storytelling. Before cinema, there was the spoken word passed mouth to ear. We carry that inheritance forward into every script.
